We teach you to base your diet on garden vegetables (especially greens), lean meats, nuts and seeds while avoiding processed starches and sugar. That’s about as simple as it gets. Our theory is to keep your grocery cart to the perimeter of the grocery store and avoiding the aisles as way to protect your health. As we all know, food is supposed to be perishable and the items typically found in the center of the store is packed with artificial ingredients and preservatives. These things all have a long shelf-life and aren’t effective fuels for the body. If you follow these simple guidelines, you will see both weight loss and an overall health improvement.
The key to effective weight loss or gain is all in managing your caloric intake. There is current research that strongly supports the link between caloric restriction and an increased life expectancy. The incidence of cancer and heart disease sharply decline with a diet that is carefully limited in controlling caloric intake.
